Built for our own operations first

LeadBranch didn't start as a product. It started as plumbing. Joe and his team needed to move every lead to the right place the second it landed, set rules for who got what, and keep clean books on every hand-off. What was for sale was too rigid, too expensive, or both, so they built it themselves. And because the people building it paid for every dropped lead out of their own pocket, it had to survive real volume, not just look good in a demo.

From in-house tool to a product others can use

That's how most of what Joe builds gets started. Once a tool earns its keep inside the business, you've got two real choices: keep renting someone else's, or build yours well enough to sell. LeadBranch made the case on its own. Better product, because operators built it. Cheaper than renting a stack of tools. And once it worked, a business in its own right.
