Why Joe Delfgauw Built LeadBranch

Lead management and distribution software that routes, tracks, and works the leads coming through your funnels.

Where it fits, the connected stack

Role in the stack
Route, sends each lead to the right buyer
Where to find it

LeadBranch is lead-routing software, and Joe Delfgauw built it because he needed it. When a lead comes in, it has to reach the right buyer fast, and you have to know where it came from. Miss either one and you're losing money without noticing. That gap between catching a lead and actually closing it is where most operations leak, and LeadBranch is built to close it. It's now part of Lander Page.

Joe's thinking on lead generation is blunt. A lead is only worth what you do with it. Get the right one to the right buyer quickly, keep a clean record of where it came from, and you've got a real lead business instead of a leaky one.

Build the tool you need to run your own business well, then let everyone else run on it too.

It started as plumbing

LeadBranch wasn't a product first. It was the internal system Joe's team used to move every lead the second it landed, rules for who got what, a clean record of every hand-off. The tools they could have bought were either too rigid or too expensive, and when you're the one eating the cost of a dropped lead, "fine in a demo" doesn't count for much. So they wrote their own and pushed real volume through it.

Selling it to other people came later, and only because it had already proven itself on Joe's own traffic. Operators built it, operators ran it, and it held up under load. That was the whole case for turning it into a product.
